This class is safe for all abilites and range of motion restrictions. We run the class with consideration of mental and physical health restrictions.

What to expect:

- floor activities - so bring a yoga matt and loose clothes

- starting the class slow and ending with upbeat movements and music.

- expect to unleash your inner worm, monkey, flmingo, sloth… you name it!

- short stretch at the end of the class
