    Why?

    • All infections are a contraindication to massage.

    • your symptoms can worsen after a massage.

    • Your body is already weak and massage increases the work your body is doing to clear pathogens.

    • you are putting your therapist and their clients at wrisk.

Stay at home, have a 20 second cold shower, drink lots of fluid practice dyaphramic breathing and wear loose clothes and undies.

  • If you have mold poisioning you should not have a massage.

    • Aggravation of Symptoms: Massage can increase discomfort and potentially delay healing for individuals with skin irritation or underlying conditions caused by mold exposure.

    • Worsening of Condition:

Pressure applied during a massage could worsen certain mold-related skin conditions or cause further spread of infection within the client's own body.

    • Contagious Conditions:

Any form of infection, including fungal infections, is a reason to avoid massage to protect both the client and the practitioner.

  • Yes,
First session: we will go over a thorough health form to understand and achieve your recovery needs at a safe and healthy rate.

    3 months after surgery:

    • We can only do lymphatic drainage and trigger point therapy.

    • These help hydrate your fascia to improve healing speed and reduce pain.

    6 months after surgery:

    • We can look into firmer pressure at this point, but need to be advised to do so by your surgeons.

    • Otherwise, this can cause sagging skin.

  • Yes.

However, the spead of recovery is not soley depending on your health practitioners. If you are able maintain selfcare, mobility homework and relaxation techniques you are already half way there to being pain free or more comfortable in your body.

  • I have multiple clinics and healing spaces which I rent. Current locations will be available on the online booking system.
